Deadstock confirmed

You receive your order confirmation. Your pair enters our sourcing queue immediately. We start looking for your specific pair from our verified supplier network.

Day 1–5

Sourcing

We source your specific pair from our network. Some pairs arrive quickly — others take a little longer depending on availability. We always keep you updated if there's a delay.

Day 3–7
03

Manual verification

Your pair arrives at our location in Lommel and goes through our full verification process. Every detail checked — stitching, materials, box, colourway. If it passes, it moves forward. If it doesn't, we contact you immediately.

Day 4–8
04

Packed & dispatched

Verified pair is carefully packed and handed to the carrier. You receive a shipping confirmation with full tracking details. Your pair is on its way.

Day 5–10

Delivered

Your verified authentic pair arrives at your door. Unworn, in original packaging, exactly as ordered. If anything isn't right — contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

When exactly does verification happen?
Verification happens after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. We don't pre-verify stock — each pair is checked specifically for your order before it is packed and dispatched.
How long does verification take?
Verification itself is completed within 1–2 business days of your order being confirmed. Keep in mind that our total fulfilment time — including sourcing and verification — is 4 to 10 business days from the moment you place your order. You'll receive your shipping confirmation with full tracking as soon as your pair is dispatched.
What happens if a pair doesn't pass?
In the rare case a pair doesn't meet our standards, we contact you immediately and issue a full refund. We never ship a pair we're not confident in — no exceptions.
Do you use a third-party authentication service?
No — verification is done in-house by our own team in Lommel, Belgium. We verify every order personally. Full control, no third parties.
Can I get a certificate of authenticity?
We don't issue separate certificates, but every ShoeSupply order comes with our implicit guarantee. If you ever have a concern, contact us and we'll make it right.
What if I receive a pair I'm not satisfied with?
Contact us immediately at info@shoe-supply.be. We stand behind every order. Our 14-day return policy covers all orders.
