Refund policy
14-Day Return Window At ShoeSupply, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. We keep things straightforward — no complicated procedures, no unnecessary back-and-forth.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original, unused condition — unworn, with all tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or are returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return You can initiate your return by logging into our website using the same email address you used when placing your order. From there, you can request a return directly from your order page. If you need any assistance, email us at info@shoe-supply.be — we'll send you a return shipping label.
Once approved, just bring it to your closest drop-off point and we'll handle the rest.
Free Return Shipping ShoeSupply covers all return shipping costs. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label so you don't pay a thing.
Exchanges & Wrong Sizes Made a mistake with sizing? No problem — we make it easy. Simply initiate a return for the original pair and place a new order for the correct size. If the correct size is cheaper than your original order, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method. If it's more expensive, you'll be asked to pay the difference. The store credit rule does not apply to size exchanges — any price difference is always settled directly.

Premium Purchases (€325 and above) For orders valued at €325 or more that are returned without an exchange, refunds will be provided as store credit rather than returned to your original payment method. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future order at shoe-supply.be.
Cancellations For order cancellations, the same rules apply as for standard returns. For cancellations on orders of €325 or above, the refund will be issued as store credit.
Returns After 14 Days If the 14-day period has passed, please contact us before returning your item. In some cases we may still be able to assist. Unannounced or unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away at info@shoe-supply.be so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the case of an incorrect item, we will cover all costs to send you the correct pair.
Exceptions Some items cannot be returned, including custom-ordered products and gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before shipping it back.
Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days, or as store credit for orders over €325 (excluding size exchanges). Please allow a few additional business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund on their end.
